These terms apply to the Cloud Keys browser extension, website and license (“Cloud Keys”), provided by Stackframes, Gurugram, Haryana, India (“we”, “us”). By buying or using Cloud Keys you agree to them.

1. What you get

Cloud Keys is a browser extension that turns keyboard and mouse input into virtual controller input, and remaps compatible gamepads, on Xbox Cloud Gaming pages. A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Cloud Keys on up to three browser installations at the same time. You can move the license by deactivating a browser in the extension. The license does not expire, but it may end as described in section 6.

2. Price and payment

Cloud Keys costs a one-time US$5 (or the price shown at checkout). There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never receive your card details. Your license key is shown on the checkout page as soon as the payment is confirmed.

3. What Cloud Keys does not include

Xbox accounts, Xbox Cloud Gaming or Game Pass subscriptions, and games are sold separately by Microsoft. Cloud Keys is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft or Xbox.

4. Compatibility

Cloud Keys works in desktop Chrome with controllers that use a standard layout. Mouse movement is converted to controller stick input, so each game’s own turn-speed and acceleration limits still apply. Compatibility varies by game and controller, and Xbox Cloud Gaming may change in ways that affect Cloud Keys. We’ll make reasonable efforts to keep it working, but we can’t guarantee it works with every game, device or future change.

5. Fair use

Don’t share, resell or publish your license key, try to bypass licensing, or use Cloud Keys in a way that breaks the rules of Xbox or the games you play. You are responsible for following those rules.

6. Refunds and ending the license

You can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase under our refund policy. When a payment is refunded or successfully disputed, the license is revoked. We may also revoke a license that is shared, resold or obtained fraudulently.

7. No warranty and limits on liability

Cloud Keys is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to Cloud Keys is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Privacy

How we handle data is described in our privacy notice.

9. Changes

We may update these terms, for example when we add features. The version on this page applies from its “last updated” date. Changes won’t take away a license you already bought.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have to bring a claim where you live.
